this evening I had some service issues in the Monroe, LA area< (71201). Had full signal but data would not work. (On unlimited plus) I’ve only used about 1Gb so it wasn’t prioritizing my data. As soon as I hit another zip codes while driving, everything went back to normal. While in the parking lot, waiting to pick something up in the (71201 area) I force restarted my phone, and when that didn’t work I did a network reset, that also didn’t work. Any ideas anyone?
I know it has been a few days since you posted and I'm sorry you didn't get immediate help. Our Support Community is primarily user-led but we'll jump in a few days later if an answer hasn't been provided. Are you still having issues with no data in 71201? From looking at the current tower status, everything looks good to go.
