New to T-Mobile, coverage does not work


    My wife and I just switched 3 phones over to T-Mobile.  At work where I am 12 hours a day I have no cell coverage.  (CENTRAL SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA- A MAJOR METRO AREA IN PHOENIX) I have no active WIFI I can use at work so for 12 hours a day I'm back in the dark ages!


    Multiple calls to the tech support and this afternoon one actually told me I would be better off going back to Verizon as the problem is a not going to be fixed for 6 months till a new cell tower is installed near by.   This is horrible. I cant believe that's the solution.


    Is there anything else that can be done or do I truly need to go back to Verizon?
