From 4g lte to 4g (sometimes 3g)


    Recently my 4g lte service somehow gor downgraded to 4g (sometimes even worse) It"s so bad I can't IM with customer service and this is the only way to communicate with customer service (I can't call right now) Why is there no customer service email? Why am I paying a ton of money for such poor service? I rely on lte for work and this is really impacting my productivity. What's the point of unlimited data if I can't use it?


    I'm really disappointed that I have to go back to Verizon. They suck but their coverage is waaaay better.
