Unable to Unlock Eligible Galaxy S8 Device

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 device directly from Samsung. Unbeknownst to me when I purchased the phone, it was and is still locked on T-Mobile. I found this out when I was in the process of switching carriers and ran into invalid SIM messages on my phone. I have been trying for the past week to unlock this device with no success. I have gone into the T-Mobile store, spoke with Samsung, got both T-Mobile and Samsung on the phone together, chatted with T-force and still no luck unlocking the phone. Through all of those visits/phone calls/chats this is what I have done so far.

    1. Put active T-Mobile SIM card in and tried unlock app with wifi and on T-Mobile Network

    4. Put another carriers SIM card in and tried to unlock which also failed

    2. T-Force put in an escalation ticket with Samsung to get the phone unlocked / whitelisted. After 5 days tried to unlock and got the same "Unlock Failed" message

    3. Cleared cache/data on unlock app. Ended with same failure message.

    Additional Details

    1. Phone paid in full bought direct from Samsung

    2. Active on the account for 7+ months

Really would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Any help would be much appreciated.
