After T-Mobile software update, my Samsung Note 8 is stuck in "unlock" screen and I can't even reboot it.  Help please.


    I did the recent T-Mobile software update on my Samsung Note 8 phone.  The software update was installed and I was promoted to enter my password so that the phone can start.  Now, the phone is stuck on attempting to unlock the phone.  I can not even turn off the phone or access any menus.  Please help me.
