Did you figure out how to discontinue the notifications? If not, please let us know what type of notifications you're receiving that you no longer want to.

I am ready to move to AT&T just because of the T-Mobile website. Every time I login, I have to either answer security questions or get a text message. Then when I come here to support, I have to login again. All of that after having to create a new profile.
Even if you opt out of all the notifications you will
still receive an occasional one here and there.
I've opted out and rarely get notifications.
Also when you come to the support website there's a box that you
can check that will keep you logged in for a week or so,
