Try changing to IPv4 only mode.
Also, a recent security update may have required you set up for only specific devices being able to access your cameras.
Good morning, relic and welcome to our Support Community! There's some helpful advice already provided from two of our pillars. Did switching to IPv4 only allow you to connect to the cameras? As far as those two specific ports being blocked, I'm not sure is they're blocked, but I'll keep searching around for answers.
