1. Yes I meet the requirements for unlock on the website. I checked the IMEI status.
2. So for a person who doesn't use social media can't connect with the customer care of T-Mobile? This is disappointing.

The Tmobile support team on this forum doesn't have customer account access.
If you meet all of the requirements for unlocking. Try going to Settings, Apps, show system apps, and then clear the cache and data for the T-Mobile Unlock App.
