Visual Voicemail T-mobile App does not activate on Samsung Galaxy S5

    I installed visual voicemail t-mobile on my Galaxy S5, and I can't use it, when I click on activate now. the error message " visual voicemail cannot process your request. Please check your SMS settings and try again" what should I do? what do I need to change on my SMS settings? Thank you! I uninstall and reinstall but still has not fixed the problem.
