I’m done. I’ve had whole weekends where this crap hasn’t worked. I doubt 2am is a peak time. I’ve already scheduled Fios to be installed. 

They have already admitted that there’s a congestion problem in my area but they don’t expect it to be fixed anytime soon. T-Mobile should give at least some kind of credit for this crap. Why release a product when you clearly do not have the infrastructure in place?
