my gateway powers on and is findable on my network but i cannot connect to it nor can i see on the gateway itself that it has connectivity.

@cllnvghn can you help us help you with some clarity? when you say you can’t connect to the gateway, does that mean that when your devices look for the gateway SSID (e.g., myhomenetwork) they can’t see it? Open the T-Mobile Internet app and tap on Network at the bottom of the screen. What does it say? Tap on the SSID Lakeland scroll down the page; is the option “Hidden” turned on? If so, turn it off so you can see your SSID.
