Gateway not connecting to the internet

I have had T-Mobile Home Internet for over a year and I LOVE it!  I have never had a problem until this morning.  I have a desktop hard wired to the modem and 3 TV s and a cell phone wifi connected.  Everything has worked great even with only 2 bars showing.

This morning - nothing.  no internet connection.  Nothing in my home has changed.  I unplugged and restarted the modem, nothing.  Any reason why this might happen?

Call customer support, ask for Home Internet, and check to see if they are working on your local tower. 


I agree with copz1998. I just had the same issue with my Arcadyan KVD21 5G gateway. Turns out the tower was down, which I learned by calling Support. I'm not sure if it was maintenance or some malfunction/failure, but within 30 minutes everything was back up.
