Internet goes down a couple times per day (5g)

My 5G home internet is great, but it goes down about twice a day for 2-3 minutes. There is no error code, it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?

@HandyAndy I have seen a few complaints about this, with an unknown cause. However, some people have had success resetting the device (basically setting it up all over again). Maybe there was a hiccup in the setup configuration on the device. You can use the link below for guidance. If that doesn’t work, then go back to the local T-Mobile store and ask for a replacement gateway.
