T-Mobile explained during congestion times they reduce home Internet speed and in my case I can't stream . I do feel I'm wasting my money with these jokers and have paid off my phones to venture to a new carrier maybe at&t or Verizon not sure but more than frustrating.

TMHI is a means to monetize excess 5G capacity. It’s tail-end-Charlie in the pecking order. One reason I don’t use it. For me, it’s mostly a means of negotiating with other ISPs for a better deal. I recommend AT&T fiber, if it’s available for you.
