Lose Connection While Streaming Music or Videos on Roku

We’re still in the 15-day free trial stage, and I want to love T-Mobile Home Internet so badly. Cost, ease of setup, security, speed, etc. are some of the great features. But, while our gateway works well for laptop connections and WiFi calling, when we try to stream music or videos over our Roku device, we frequently experience internet disconnects, and either have to reconnect, or reboot the Roku device. I love the performance on our computers and phones, but won’t be able to continue using the service if we can’t enjoy streaming entertainment. Are there any setting changes that might help (such as those found under the advanced network settings in the T-Mobile app)?
