How do I forward ports on the T-Mobile Gateway? Is this possible and if not, do you have any recommendations on how to do this with a T-Mobile Home internet setup ?

The business option offers a better modem for a slightly higher price for the service. You can also use a router connected to the modem but you might end up with double NAT. Ultimately, it depends on what you are trying to do.
