How do I access the promotional gifts when I wasn't given a code

 

For consumer or business accounts with 20 or fewer lines: (From FAQ Page)

  1. Log in to the app. 
  2. Select “BILL” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Go to the bottom and select “My promotions.”
  4. View each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that.

If nothing is listed but you know there is  promotional gift and dont have the code either do a chat with an agent call them. I would try the live chat for that.
