My home internet has been great for over a year. Now suddenly it is randomly incredibly slow and I have to restart the router multiple times a day. I have t changed anything on my end. What gives?

We’re having the same issues after TWO years, and investing in an external antenna. Suddenly, everything changed. We got the newer box, with antenna connections, but we’re lucky to get a consistent >2 mbs download no matter where we put the new gateway.
Same thing is happened to me now. Both the mobile network and Wifi are extremely slow.
Called supports, they did some trouble shooting, but no help.
