The device was given to me in Ecuador but it turns out that I came to live in Spain and the device does not pick up any operator network here and it appears to me that the device is blocked

unfortunately whomever purchased the phone originally will need to be the one to unlock it.. if you are unable to locate said person unfortunately there isnt a whole lot TMO can do to unlock it.
