cannot access the “voicemails” tab in Digits. when i click the button it immediately opens the error message:

the application crashed. im sorry, this was fatal. this is all i know: killed=lobject Object]

when i click OK the program restarts.

i was able to reinstall Digits and view voicemails again. but next time i go to see my voicemails, the program crashes with the same error message as before.

what is the cause and how can i fix the problem so it doesn’t happen again?

I am having the same problem. Noticed it today. Would appreciate if a T-Mo employee could weigh in.

Just installed DIGITS today, just for the voicemail feature.  Same error, meaning it’s useless to me.

Long time user of DIGITS, but only use it off and on.   Recently added it to a new PC and when click the “Voicemails” tab, I receive the same error message as those listed above.  Wish T-Mobile would fix this.

Same issue on my account.
Wonder if T-Mobile even acknowledges this as an issue.

Same issue. So still not fixed.

...also faced 'The application crashed. I'm sorry, this was fatal. This is all I know: killed=[object Object]' when pivoting from Messages to Calls in DIGITS from T-Mobile 2.5.6 on Windows 10

Voicemail tab has always crashed, now receiving the same error code in text message after trying to attach a file to message. Crashes every time I even open the app unless I quickly click on another thread. No way I see to delete this thread in DIGITS. DIGITS has always has crashed on Windows 11, Voicemail Tab. Only once in years can I remember the DIGITS app actually updated to a new version.  So the next update is not due for a few more years now at least?
