5G Gateway. Initial set up password problem.

The password printed on white sticker on the base on my new 5G Gateway does not work. What are my options?

I had similar difficulties and it took time and several calls.

One password or the other on the Gateway sticker plate should work.

By now you should have it up and running though after calling tech.

I even mentioned to T-Mobile the instructions, and description clarity of such, was lacking.

Why two passwords? Instructions/purpose for each use?

Took me time and calls trying options.

I like the service so far but it could be better, more clarity.

The difficulty is when you know a system assumptions are made when writing instructions for those who do not know the system.

Even spoke to neighbors and they don’t understand completely either.
