5g gateway internet

I’ve had the T-Mobile 5g gateway for a week now. Had to already send one back. They overnighted the next one. Set it up and no internet connection. So in one week of T-Mobile I’ve had one day of service. Customer service is god awful. They just keep saying someone is working on the tower. Must be couched to tell you that. If I don’t have internet tomorrow I will never use T-Mobile again

I've been a Tmobile phone customer for over 20 years but would never rely on wifi for my home internet. I pay $15  more a month for a reliable wired internet service and it's well worth it.

The only other option I have is CenturyLink that comes through an old telephone cord 1mbps. Live out in the country. But got the new gateway after a few calls with technical support they had to program the new SIM card. Finally up and running. Day three with no issues. Getting anywhere from 60mbps to 120mbps.
