For the last few weeks I have not been able to log into T-Mobile to check my account, or go to the forum. I have tried it on my cell phone, tablet, PC, laptop, etc. It kept saying request timeout. I have t mobile home internet.
So tonight I decided to shut the wifi on my phone and go to 5g. I have at&t for my cell phone and guess what? I got logged in. What is TMobile doing that I can't get logged into my account through their service?
