We are trying out T-Mobile internet. 2 TV’s, laptop, printer, and one ipad work fine. Our mini ipad 9.3.5 will not join using same wifi login’s as used on others. Any ideas why this is happening? I don’t use a router and the others are working. Do I need a router?

That is odd since that’s the latest iPad Mini. Are you seeing the network “advertise” in the list of WiFi networks? Can you join by using “Other...” to enter the network info? I assume you've tried a restart of your iPad. Make sure you've deleted your existing home network info on the iPad by tapping the “i” and then “Forget This Network.” That will cause the old credentials to not automatically try and log on.
Try those suggestions and see if they help.
