We had COX internet and tried to switch to a T-Mobile 5G hot spot. Using our Fire Stick connected to COX, we can access all our recorded programs. When we switch the Fire Stick to the T-Mobile hot spot, it shows that it is connected but we can’t access any recorded programs. We can stream shows and use the internet, but when we select a recorded program to watch, the system searches for a long time then give us an error message that there is no internet connection. When we check internet status, it shows connected. Also, what does the internet connection have to do with the connection between the Fire Stick and the TV?
