gateway internet not connecting to devices

My gateway internet says it is connected to all devices, phones, tv… etc. The app says that the connection quality is excellent. The app says that the internet-gateway-my device are all connected. This is day 2 and I am unable to get someone in customer support to answer, I’ve been waiting over an hour this time

I’m having the same issue. Day 2 for me as well. Trying to watch TV on my fire stick and it’s not giving me access to the internet anymore. Worked fine 2 days ago. Had it for about a month.
