Hello,

I like to order the home internet service. When I finished the order process, the message has appeared. It said "We waren’t able to verify your information” How I can solve this problem. I really like to use this service from next Monday(11/22). Thanks.

We here are people just like you so the best thing you can do is call customer service as no one here can help since no one here has access to your order.

If you can’t get a hold of customer service, you can try dropping into a T mobile store.

Do you have Fraud Protection on your credit report?  90 days or 1 year? If you do, be sure to put your tele # on the fraud report to be contacted.   I had this trouble years ago with Sprint, when I tried to get one of those internet thumb drives.
