Home internet shows $55 in account details, when promised $50/month?

$55 is supposedly before taxes and fees, like the $10 for other additional lines in account.

Will this be adjusted or will this be another one of those BS things?

Is autopay active, to get your $5 discount?

It also sometimes takes a cycle to sync but Tom is right you have to have autopay setup.

I too was told $50 a month and never said anything about auto pay just discounted due to backorder on routers and delay in shipping it out and for switching from my last provider due to a promo they had....2nd month it went to $55 so I get the auto pay thing but that was not what I was told or agreed to and asked these details several times but just kept hearing no no don't worry your set for $50 a month for the life of the time your with T-Mobile no hidden fees or changes.... :/

Autopay is mentioned several times on the main page and FAQ.

  • T-Mobile Home Internet is just $50 all in with AutoPay, or $55 without AutoPay.
