Home internet upgrade from 4g to 5g

Hello, I have home 4G internet and I just received my 5G device as an upgrade, I was trying to set it up but I’m not getting any connection, do I have to call the customer  service to set this up in order to work? Thanks

If you see the big X on top of the Nokia unit, you probably need to contact TMo HI CS to enable your account/SIM card.  Once activated, you should be fine.
