Over the last week my hotspot has been intermittently losing internet. I can connect to the hotspot, but there is often no internet or if I do get it, poof it’s gone.
I was using the hotspot only for a few devices and becuz it worked so well I unplugged my current cable internet and was going to move to just the hotspot. Guess not! Now I don’t even need it as it doesn’t work reliably at all.
I’ve called in at least 3 times. No one has an answer or a solution. I just get shuffled off to tech support and they tell me things and do things but nothing works. I don’t have time to stay on the phone with this issue. UBER FRUSTRATING!!
Anyone else have this issue?
