I connected to the home network which is amazing on speeds!  My Nest Hello shows live but won’t record and found out it’s because it only supports 2.4ghz. Is there a way to change it?

Can you connect unlimited devices without effecting speeds. Still testing to see if I cancel my ISP.

Not sure what you’re asking. What is it that you want to change?

I’ve seen this issue with Ubiquiti access points and the solution is to temporarily disable the 5GHz radio, connect the client device (the Nest Hello), then re-enable the 5GHz radio.  However, since you say it’s showing live, it sounds like it’s already partially working so I’m not sure if my solution would still work, but I’d say it’s worth a try (you’d need to remove it and then set it up again).  Either way, this is a problem/limitation of the Nest device, not the T-Mobile gateway.
