How to read received texts with T-mobile home internet

I have a T-mobile home internet line and I’m trying to create a T-mobile Tuesdays account but when I go through the register procedure, it keeps sending me a PIN by text that I need to proceed and I don’t know where I can see these texts… anyone can help?

My own NOKIA gateway had problems displaying messages.  The most recent message seemed to be at the top of a non-scrollable list --- so it was not accessible.  

I eventually used my phone to send a SMS message to the DUMMY-number of the gateway.  That new message seemed to cause the message-list to scroll-down. That exposed the message containing the PIN-number.

If you have the round gateway, you swipe the top LCD screen to reach the texts.

 

 

 

Thanks for the tip!  This worked for me (Nov 2022) and allowed me to sign up for the Tuesday’s promotions in the app using the pin sent to the gateway.

 

Do you have the square gateway?

The previous entry questioned which gateway was being used.  FWIW - I experienced this missing-PIN problem with the gray/round gateway and suggested a dummy-SMS to cause accumulated messages to scroll-down.  Later… I changed to a black-square gateway and was able to see ALL messages… albeit with very awkward scrolling.  SO ??? - maybe this feedback will be useful for someone ???

You may be right, that the KVD21 will not accept text messages.

I have the same thing, I have KDV21 can not get text message code that t-mobile Tuesday sent
