Issue: Does not work with GlobalProtect VPN. My company just changed to this. Also tried a 5.2 version of GlobalProtect. NG.
Called TMO support on Friday and requested to push the 168 firmware. Support needed to submit a ticket to engineering for that. Gave them until today. No update.
Factory Reset two times to see if my gateway would update from 143 to 168. It would not.
Called and canceled and went back to Xfinity. At least I was able to get the intro rate.
I really wanted TMO Home Internet to work, but so tired of the lack of real support, not using 5G, and no access to typical router settings.
Maybe in a year when my intro rate is over, TMO will have gotten their stuff together
