We recently switched internet provider to t-mobile and received a gateway router for our home. now my hp deskjet 3051a printer will not work. The new router does’nt have a wps button to use and the printer does’nt have any connection ports to plug the printer to the router directly. It looks as though i am going to have to buy a new printer unless someone can help me get this old printer to work. Thanks
We cancelled our home internet service during the last week of April and asked for a return box so that we could return it. It is May 23rd now and not only have we not received a box, T-Mobile continues to bill us for the service. It has been unplugged and sitting in its box for almost a month now, and I have called and messaged 3 different times now.We don’t use twitter or social media and cannot get customer service to help us, can anyone here please help?
I was scammed by Tmobile to sign up for their home internet and now there's no way to cancel because no one is answering their phones. Can we cancel in person at the store? It doesn't help when I'm not a tmobile wireless customer so I can't even create an online account.
I’m trying to access a particular website, www.myebanking.net and I can access it from the phone network on T-Mobile, but it is being blocked if I use the T-Mobile Home Internet router (the new rectangular one; I don’t have the old cylindrical one). If I try to access from computer or phone hooked up through the T-Mobile Home Internet router I am getting: Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://www.myebanking.net/" on this server.Reference #18.16891ab8.1668454821.9ab4a130 Interestingly, the error message is wrong because it is automatically inserting http:// in front of the address, even though I’m accessing the https version of the site. Again, this occurs from multiple devices on multiple operating systems if accessed through the home internet service, but works totally fine from a T-Mobile phone in the same room if connecting directly to the net without going through the home internet router. The home internet router, of course, has absolutely no settings that c
I just bought this T-Mobile Home Internet gateway and I need to disable the wifi radios because I have a mesh wifi system in place. All this excessive radio signal gives me no favors. Also would like to create a local admin password for the router, but can’t find where to do that.
I canceled my internet service due to having no connection but was not given any instructions on what to do with Gateway Device. Recently got a bill for $370 for a no-return on the Gateway device. I have tried multiple times to call in but get put on hold for hours and no one ever answers. How do I go about getting a return label?
I’ve never had a problem accessing Amazon Prime Video over T-Mobile Home Internet plan with the 5G Gateway N1.A month ago I started having intermittently getting this message:Your device is connected to the Internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please disable it and try again. For more help, go to amazon.com/pv-vpn.I would clear my browser cache and restart it, problem solved, sometimes I needed to reboot my computer but nothing more. I have never had a problem with Netflix, Apple+, Disney, or Hulu only Amazon and as of this evening nothing I try fixes it except switching to my backup network provider.Any idea why only Amazon blocks my access by mistakenly thinking I am using a VPN or proxy service?
I’m using T-Mobile 5G home internet. For several months it has been nearly impossible to access either of two bank accounts that I have that use Jack Henry banking software. I’ve checked with the banks and they say there is no problem on their end. The thing is, this involves two different banks. I put in my user id and password and get an error message. Frustrated.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
Team TMobile, I really would like to know why we are only allowed to barely touch any admin abilities of the gateway system located at http://192.168.12.1. It is a gateway, it is a router, it is a hub, so why not give us some administrative abilities into the backend? Could always hack it….. but really, let up on the tight conto lover basic admin functions and open it up to us already. Please.13
The 5G tower that our router connects to has no internet for several days now, and T-mobile can't tell when they will fix this issue. But there is internet when LTE is used as I have confirmed using my T-mobile phones. The router specs indicate it is capable of operating in LTE. Is there a way to force this router to look for LTE signal instead of connecting to 5G? I can't find it in the router admin.
My cell phone and my Arcadyan KVD21 are sitting next to each other. The cell phone shows a connection to a 5G tower with 3 bars. The Arcadyan KVD21 always shows a 4G, 3-bar connection. The speedtest for them shows the Arcadyan KVD21 at about 1/3 to ½ the speed on the cell phone. How do I get the Arcadyan KVD21 device to connect to the same 5G tower as the cell phone?
Just set up my gateway… working fine for the most part, but it doesn’t appear in the list of available networks on my Windows 10 laptop. Phone, tablet, another laptop elsewhere in the house… the network shows up just fine on all those devices.Any idea what would cause this? TIA!
I just got my router on Friday and everything works as it should but I noticed the router uses a basic USB-C 15W 2.9A charger brick meaning it's not very power hungry. Does this mean I could use third party USB-C cables and my own charger brick of the same voltages? I don't have a lot of plugs in my room so having a really long USB-C cord would be helpful, just don't know if it'll cause any issues.
I was given the codes for the paramount plus and prepaid mastercard, but every time i try to redeem on my wifi line it does not show up or allow me to. We have the wifi and phones under 2 different plans and it only shows the phone lines when I try to enter the promo codes so it does not work. I am SO frustrated with this I feel like i was completely scammed!!!!!!!
