I have spent multiple hours on the phone with Tech Support running through the same basic trial & error tests to solve the same problem, slow speed! My speed Download is between 7.4 and 28 (the 28 was once for 10 mins). My upload has been between .77 & 8. These numbers are far lower than promised and their statement of “you do not need to worry, we will correct” and then I do not hear from them. Are there any solutions pout there???
