I am a recent convert to T-Mobile Home Internet Service. I am using the router the T-Mobile High-Speed Internet Gateway [model 5G21-12W-A]. I am using it as directed (i.e. I have not configured it in any special way using the GUI). Everything is great so far. I am able to connect to my two computers, SmartTV, iPhone and iPad.
I am having difficulty staying connected to the following devices:
- Google Items: 1) Google Nest Hub (1st Gen); 2) Google Nest Mini Speaker; and 3) a Google Chromecast (actually, now that I think of it, this one has remained connected).
- Amazon Items: 1) Amazon Echo Show 5; and 2) two Echo Dots (Third Generation).
And I am having difficulty staying connected to the following two other items:
- WYZE camera (1st Gen)
- WIZ Smart plugs (two of them)
I live in a 100 unit apartment complex and according to a T-Mobile tech, I am w/in spitting distance from the T-Mobile tower that is delivering my signal (any amazing speeds substantiate that).
