My Mac won’t auto configure using DHCP. It just gives me a self-assigned ip that won’t connect to the internet.
Do I need to manually enter ip info for call support? I don’t know what numbers to enter.

How is your Mac connected to your router? Wifi? LAN?
Self assigned IP means your Mac isn’t connected to your router and unable to get an IP assigned via DHCP.
You can also try “Renew DHCP Lease” on the TCP/IP settings tab.
