I have a home internet Gateway. It does get about 2 bars but not 5G. Is there anyway T-mobile can improve coverage in my area soon?
Unless there is active or planned upgrades in your area, TMobile can’t to much to help your current situation. However, they are suppose to be rolling out the new 5G gateway only in those areas that have decent reception so I would call support. It could very well be that your gateway placement is the problem. You can try to reposition using this guide to see if that helps:
