routing problems with home internet and new Nokia 5G gateway

I’ve been seeing this ever since i switched and activated the new Nokia 5G modem… ping are way out sometimes, and it appears my first hop is getting doubled…

The address 192.0.0.1 specifically… when i had the Askey modem.. it would only hop it once, now and ever since i got the upgrade it shows up twice… this seems bad for so many reasons… but could this be the reason why my speeds have degraded since getting the device and get dropped packets and spikes?

I can confirm mine does as well.  However my response times are a fraction of yours on that second hop.

ya, it’s pretty bad.. my family likes to play games online and it’s making it pretty much impossible.

I had this same issue last weekend, but I don’t have the Nokia 5g modem. I am located in Texas. I had the customer support submit a ticket to engineering, but they kicked it back. They did look for any issues, but I will give the customer support guy credit since he called me back.
