I have had the home internet for a week, all I can say is horrible. Customer service is also not very helpful…(mainly because they don’t comprehend the issue?)

Problem, The internet stopped working after 20 minutes or so...

As a remedy, I had to reboot the system so many times to fix. Right after rebooting, it worked great. However, 20 minutes later, the internet no longer works and I guess it is time for another reboot.

When I did ping command in cmd, right after I reboot the system, it returns a solid IP address. After 20 minutes or so, reply from 192.0.0.1 destination host unreachable. Time for another reboot. It seems like the traffic is getting to the router, but the router is simply not connecting to the wider network.

However, I have no idea why straight after rebooting it works, but craps out after 20 minutes or so? It is akin to the router simply froze and needs to be rebooted?

I have the Nokia router, supposedly it is new.
