I just realized this is a problem not with T-Vision, but with the DVR.

I have had the same issue since launch. Also using the TVision Hub. I have a ticket open and have heard nothing back. 

Same issue. Not all dvr'd shows. So far just 2 shows (on Fox and FX) from Sunday night. Was able to watch a different show (Fox) from Sunday without the issue and 2 from Monday without a problem.

Interesting that the Home and Family (Hallmark) recording (S09:E53) plays fine at 4:00 AM. Will try other recordings, but this program (which had an earlier (S09:E52) recording fail with the error message earlier) is playing continuously now. Will continue to monitor.

Has anyone at T-Moble/T-Vision fixed anything?

I have not had any error message today. May I assume the problem is fixed?

 

Just got tvision last week. Was working fine until Thanksgiving. We have the fire tv so no hub. Started only doing it one 1 recorded show but today it started on all tv.

I haven’t had issues the last few days either. Here’s to hoping the problem is resolved.

I purchased the TVision in November 2020. I have had problems with losing connection with internet. I have a ticket open too.  They told me that I won’t hear back from them if they correct the problem that I’ll just notice it fixed. I’m still waiting for the fix.  I also get a message sometimes asking me if I’m still watching the TV? While this message is on the screen the TVision locks up.
