Torrent download speed is terrible

Legal torrents of course like Linux stuff. Ever since getting the silver can, torrent download speed is very sporadic and very slow. 2 Mbps is about as fast as I can get with it usually averaging about 650 Kbps. Sometimes it just starts slowing down for no reason to maybe 10 Kbps. Really strange.  Regular Internet speed is around 160 Mbps and that’s on a Google mesh.

I’m currently using qBittorrent with UTP only and some other tweaks. Couldn’t get Bittorent to go faster than 200 Kbps.

Anyone found a solution to this?

Inbound port forwards rte broken by their XLAT464 setup.  So some of the threads may be failing to connect... will likely monkey with seeding as well.

May get it to behave a bit better through a VPN... YMMV though, as some don't handle the P2P model all that well either.

After slow torrent downloads, I started my VPN and everything normalized
