Why is it that I am not ALLOWED to get the firmware update for the trashcan after multiple attempts and also get told that there is no "upcoming firmware update" even though it's already been dropped.
Seems ludicrous that there is an update on your website but even when requested these reps play dumb with their scripted responses.
