Please check your internet connection and try again (NET-007)
I definitely have internet and have tried logging in with cell and via wifi and get the same error message.

The something is probably their server unable to handle the demand for sign UPS. I had that yesterday along with server errors, and it also wouldn't take the code from the T-Vision app on my nVidia Shield.
Customer Care or the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter can set things up for you so you just have to sign in.
