I haven’t been able to log into my 5G internet gateway using the information provided on the bottom of the device. How do I troubleshoot this?
Gateway Home Internet password printed on bottom of unit is not accepted when attempting to connect new devises. how do I change or locate password?

Are you entering the Wi-Fi password or the administrator password printed on the back of the gateway? When connecting a device to your network you want to use the Wi-Fi password.
