After spending hours on the phone during a comical onboarding experience i just cancelled my account due to my available credit not allowing me to get 5 phones to replace the phone phones i have with Verizon ( all on a financing program ) 

Lets be clear - If Tmobile will not finance 5 phones to me i don't know who could.  I am fanatical about my scores, monitoring etc and go from 840 on a bad month to 850. 

I asked them to check if they ran into a freeze, i asked them to figure out what was going on. I just kept getting check with your credit company which i have on my phone and pay monthly for. 

After a few calls and getting the same run around i simply decided to cancel my order. I only moved to Verizon due to price. I actually missed some of the Tmobile features and benifits. But if it means i have to put hefty down payments on 2 phones or buy them outright theres no benifit for me to switch back. 

 

Hoping someone will see this feedback and cut through whatever Red Tape and talk tracks i keep hearing.  201740383
