How is it that I report I never received a phone and 5 months later my only recourse is to take UPS to small claims court. I don’t have the phone, I never received the phone, I reported it the day it was supposedly delivered in April. The FINAL decision is T-Mobile can’t find it so I must pay for it. Absolutely INSANE! I just want to stop paying for a phone I don’t have! 

 

Did you file a claim with UPS?  Did you report the phone missing to T-Mobile so they could have UPS investigate what happened?  


This was the first time I was told to file a claim with UPS. I called T-mobile immediately when it was not in the box. They kept opening cases to find it and now they say to long has passed. They can’t find it in the warehouse so there is nothing they can do.


That is a long time to be paying for a phone that never even showed up in the box. How do you normally reach out to our support teams?
