Looking at the screen shot the carrier is AT&T so try one of their stores. Most carriers won't unlock phones until they are paid off.

I bought it on Sprint and it's now T-Mobile, I installed the ATT card and it showed ATT

What sim card is installed? If it's an AT&T sim it won't work since the phone is locked.
