I noticed today everyone that prices for all Iphones are cheaper on Apple’s website than at T-Mobile. Unless your getting a free upgrade, chances are you can get a better deal at Apple. Why is this T-Mobile? Why is IPhone 16 $799 from Apple while it’s $929.99 from T-Mobile?Iphone 15 $699 from Apple $729.99 from T-Mobile?Iphone 14 $599 from Apple $629.99 from T-Mobile?Before trade in of course!

Hello! I am a new T-Mobile Customer. I was wondering if I can just buy a new iPhone through Apple and transfer my SIM to this new phone (same phone # and everything). If I am ineligible for an upgrade through T-Mobile, is it possible to just upgrade through Apple and finance it through them?Thanks

Digits Issues

This app will be the death of my business. I have been desperately working on getting my phone calls to come through AND receive voicemails. I’m not sure how long this issue has been going on for but i haven’t gotten a voicemail in well over 2 or 3 months and I know I’ve missed calls/voicemails because clients have told me. IT does not help. All updates to software on the app and phone are done also.

Windows not finding the printer

I have successfully connected my Brother printer to the internet through my T-Mobile box, but when I try to connect to it on any of my computers (two laptops and a desktop), none of them can find a printer.I dumbed the network down to 2.4 GHz, WPA/WPA/2, TKIP & AES and repeatedly rebooted everything without success.All are showing up as connected devices on the T-Mobile Internet app, but Windows is not finding the printer. I have tried connecting directly using the printer’s IP address, but that doesn’t work either.I talked with T-Mobile Home Internet Support, but after running through things the only suggestions were (1) to delete the printer’s drivers, etc., from the computer and go back through the printer installation (which I did, with no change) or to add a Mesh and try connecting through that.Any suggestion on getting Windows to see the printer that is on the network?I am about ready to jump back to ATT. SyncUp Watch - Can't video chat!

I'm the admin and guardian and when I try to video chat, it works fine on my phone, but doesn't show up on my daughter’s watch. Then it shows “missed call”. When I try to video chat from the watch, it says “Oops! Couldn't video call Mom” and under it shows No signal. Please help! How do I fix it?

Switch between Android and IPhone on the same line (esim) - back and forth

Hello - I have a need to switch between two phones - Android and IPhone both of which I own. The frequency of change depends on, but I am expecting doing so on weekly basis... Is it possible to do so? I know you can move esim to another phone but it’s not clear this can be done back and forth or only one time thing. Also, if going back and forth require calling T mobile everytime, and takes sometime to do such switching.. Please advise.

Unlocking second sim possible?

Is it possible to unlock the second sim on an iPhone 14? I am looking for a second phone number with no data and T-Mobile doesn’t offer a resonable plan. DIGITS won't work because I have no data service in my area. I understand the phone needs to be paid off but it doesn't make sense to pay the phone off if they are going to continuously do a promotion to keep you in a contract. I'll likely never pay a phone off while on T-Mobile so it sounds like I’d never be able to use the second sim with another provider or if I travel and want to pick up a sim. Any way to at least unlock the second sim?

Unidentified 'RDK-B-GW' Device Showing on G4AR Gateway - Need Help!

Hi,I have the white G4AR gateway, and I've noticed a strange device that always appears as connected via Ethernet. I'm certain of the number of devices connected both via Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and this device doesn't match any of them. The device is listed as "RDK-B-GW" and shares the same IP address as the G4AR, but it has a different MAC address from the gateway. This unknown device shows up under the “Connected Devices” list when I use the T Life app (which was recommended as a replacement for the T-Mobile Internet app). However, it does not appear in the “Your Devices” list when I log in through the T-Mobile Internet app.I've searched online for information, but all I find are numerous T-Mobile ads without anything specific about this device or its possible connection to the G4AR. Does anyone know what this device is and how I can remove it? Is it possibly an internal or "ghost" device within the G4AR that’s incorrectly displayed as a separate entity with a different MAC address? The

Visual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue

Trying to access my visual voicemail- however its not acknowledging that I’m entering a pin. Its asking me to set up a voicemail pin, I enter my numbers and just keeps asking me to confirm over and over. I double checked that my pin falls within the guidelines. Ive done the reset option and still nothing. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. I just got the phone yesterday and have not had t-mobile prior to this.

Mobile Phone Hotspot not letting me play multiplayer games

Hello, so I just started using my Mobile Phone Hotspot to play video games on my laptop(League of Legends, Apex Legends, Battlefield) and initially I had no issues. It was working, but now that I got more speed so I won’t lag, my multiplayer games won’t connect. My hotspot works, but it’s not communicating with video game servers. I looked into it and apparently it deals with porting but that was a few months ago. My games were working just a few weeks ago and now wont connect just recently. Is there a fix or a setting I can do?

I am planning on replacing my Iphone 12 Pro Max with a new Iphone 16 Pro Max. Once again I will service 2 phone lines on the one phone. I currently also connect my Iwatch Ultra to one of the lines. Return after 20 Day

I previously switched to T Mobile from Spectrum, since Spectrum was giving me the run around about unlocking my device, I ended up purchasing the device I have now which was the only phone available at the time. I absolutely hate this phone. Well I was finally able to get my previous device unlocked, however T Mobile will not take the phone back since it’s out of the window. They advised to sell it and the use the money to pay off the phone but I can’t get anyone to commit to 600 bucks for a IPhone 14 Plus. I’m at a loss because I’m paying for a phone that I’m not using. Any advice would be great.
