How do I get rid of the voicemail notification on my Galaxy watch? I have gone through my voicemails on my phone and deleted them all. I tried calling the voicemail from my watch notification and it just hangs up without calling. I even tried calling the number for my watch (which does not work). And the notification is still there...3 months later. At this point, it is just annoying. I have no voicemail and can't delete the notification on my watch, it says "Received on Watch" so nothing on phone's voicemail makes a difference, and it does not clear when I clear all the other notification on my watch. I just want to get rid of the notification.
The T-Mobile Home Internet App for androids has worked intermittingly on my phone. Now it won’t connect at all. When trying to log in, the screen comes up with the “Let’s Get You Connected” message. It directs me to go to settings, which I do. And then connect to the T-Mobile WI-FI network. Then, as directed, I go back to the app to continue. The app then shows a message that it is “Checking Wi-Fi Network” and then it goes back to the Let’s get you connected screen. I have cleared the cache several times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times. I have also loaded the app on a second android phone with the same results. I have also redone the setup procedure where I go through the scanning of the barcode process as if I’m setting up the gateway for the first time.
i have been traying to contact customer support since yesterday a numous times but i cannot get through. it is either long wait and even i added to q to call back later they never called me back. i have business accounts with 12 lines. we should start looking for other provider.
So today I started getting random texts from unknown numbers. The texts are blank and when I receive the texts, the notification sounds doesn't go off so I see it when I go to my messages. The numbers aren't U.S numbers and I've already blocked 3 of the numbers but they all start with +447 and the number will be 12 digits long.
I am interested in purchasing an iphone 15 pro, or rather even two for myself and my wife We have a prepaid plan of 80 dollars + TAX. And so I would like to know something:- Can we buy the phone for the full price without changing our current plan?-will you unlock the phone in this case or is it pointless since it supports E-sim?-Will I be able to use it in another country?
My LG V60 Thinq was having trouble sending and/or receiving text messages so I stopped in to the store. Was told my V60 was too old to even get updates anymore so I needed to get a new phone. I chose the Galaxy S22 because it kept me in the same price range I was in. The S22 is now having the same issue - T-Mobile Error 2. I have done every fix I can find including deleting massive amounts of my pictures and music because it said I was out of storage room and that was causing the issue. I now have over 30G available storage and am still unable to get or send texts. Sometimes, I can reboot the phone and a ton of the missing messages come through but then it will not let me send a reply. ALSO, the S22 has no expandable memory so I’m stuck with the 128G and still can’t have all my pics/videos/music. I’ve been to the store (different ones) 3 times now and no one has helped. HELP!!!!
I have had a T-Mobile Gateway for almost a year now, and it shows my location as Charlotte, NC, and I am actually in a town four hours away from Charlotte. Is there any way I can access my present location on this device? Especially seeing there are towers practically across the street from me. It is very frustrating when I want to look up something local and all I get is Charlotte information.
Things I would like in a phone:1TB storage (lots of videos) Headphone jack FM radio Good DIY repairability. What the Nokia G310 5G has:SD card slot with support up to 1TB (plus 128GB onboard storage) Headphone jack FM radio (I hope that’s the USA too. It appears it could be!) Is marketed by Nokia as easy to repair. iFix it says that battery, display and charge port replacement are all in the “moderate” difficulty level. It does only have USB 2.0 and 20W charging over USB type C. But those are the same specs as the iPhone 15. I’m not looking for a gaming phone. About the only, possibly processor intensive thing I would want to do is run an SDR on it. I would be trading in my Google Pixel 4a, that I don’t really like because of the limited storage and lack of FM radio.
The utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches.
The utter and abject failure of my encounter with T- Mobile support of the Cellular option provided by Apple Watches. Original problem: Lost the ability, that originally worked, to make or receive cellular VOICE calls when out of range of cell phone, or when cell phone was turned off….. EVEN THOUGH I was still on the T-Mobile LTE network and had the use of text and GPS. After working with T-Mobile tech, I lost the ability to add a cellular plan to watch (getting Error code 406.) The watch works as normal, when able to go thru the cellular phone. But without being able to use the phone as a conduit, the calls always fail. Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max / Apple Watch Series 7 / All with current software Two hours on the phone with T-Mobile Front end and backend support 4/3 Two hours at a T-Mobile store with representative and backend support 4/4 Two hours at the Apple Store ALL WITH NO ONE WITH ANY CLUE WHAT WAS WRONG Apple sent my Apple Watch off to the regional repair location 4/5 New replace
T-Mobile reviewThe worse experience I ever had inn transferring over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I curse the day I went with T-Mobile. They make it so, so, so difficult to transfer, to get a password, to get an account, to get your rebate & absolutely no one in their on-line tech department knows what they are doing.I signed up 9/11/234 & am still trying to change a password & get my $381.25 (8 days later). Nothing is ever done right, according to them yet, the people telling me how to do it are the on-line tech people. I spent hours on the phone with a guy named Ramsey (who works from home and I heard his wife & kids in background making all kinds of noise, yelling and screaming) & he told me to drive to the store (½ hour each way which I did & waited in line for over ½ hour to get help) to get a password to open my account (didn’t know how to even give me a password). Then, if can’t get it there he will call me back in 5 days. The rebate was done all wrong alt

Why Tmobile didn't follow the promise which made while ordering the phone and later telling this offer is not applicable to you?
On July 20th , T-mobile website showed me $800 promotional trade-in offer for device upgrade(without adding a new number). I called the customer care and they did upgraded my device and they charged $35 for upgrade assistance, they also confirmed I am eligible for $800 promotional trade in offer for device upgrade( without adding a new number). I confirmed two times in the call that I am eligible for $800 promotional offer and they confirmed it and said making a note in the call log also. But now T-mobile website is showing $400 promotional offer for my upgrade and customer care team is telling only $400 only mentioned in the call log instead of $800. I requested them to check the recording that taken while I gave confirmation for phone upgrade to the customer care person, but they said they couldn’t go back and check the recording. Then I am not sure what is the purpose of recording the conversation and why the customer care person was lied that $400 was noted in the call log instead
There is a trending issue with the LG V60 (Tmovile Variant only at this time) with camera and SD Card
I am reporting a trending issue as reported on other unofficial forums where the V60 (seems to be only the T-Mobile Variant on Androind 13) will freeze when taking photos. Some users are even reporting issues that this is causing errors on the SD card where they have to be replaced or repaired. I am just following this post in case T-Mobile can identify, patch, or provide a resolution and I am not treated as my issue is isolated. This also to help others with this phone report he same issue as the forums are no longer Android friendly (multiple devices/models jumbled in to one forum). Again, this is not an isolated problem.
