Does anybody have an idea as to when T-Mobiles OP 10 pros will receive the OOS 13 update? I bought the phone with the understanding it's already received the Android 13 update but apparently the T-Mobile model is the only one that HASNT been updated.
Why doesn't T-Mobile provision Sony Xperia phones with Wi-Fi Calling abilities to use the feature? Is it a hate thing??? From what I hear, the phones work on WiFi calling when on Mint Mobile, Metro PCS etc (which use T-Mobile networks) but when a T-Mobile SIM is used, we get no Wi-Fi calling option. When I go into engineering mode, it clearly shows Wi-Fi Calling isn't provisioned.
Hi All I am new to T-Moble we join the 55+ plan, prior to switching to T-Moble I had just bought 2 new unlock S8 phone from Best Buy. One was being use on Verizon’s network and the other on ATT’s network. They are now both being use on T-Moble’s network. To find your IMEI From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps. These instructions apply to Standard mode only. From a Home screen, navigate: Settings > About phone .Tap Status.View the IMEI.I have found that even if you do a network check with your IMEI and it does not show compatible, it does not mean your phone will not work on the network you are looking to use. The only way to know for sure is to put a SIM card from that network in your phone.Hope this helps others.
I am from egypt and phones and tablets are very expensive in egypt so , I Asked my cousin to buy me a tablet ( Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G ) I saw on a site called Dubizzle ( Something like Ebay ) in the United Arab Emirates , After I recieved the tablet , I found it was locked at T-Mobile network , and since my cousin does not know much about something like this , he didn't notice that . I have been using this tablet since 2 months and a week , I hope I could unlock it , the tablet is not blacklisted and wan't reported as stolen , but the problem is that my cousin could not reach the person who sold him this tablet and neither I or my cousin are the original buyer from T-mobile , also , the tablet was not activated by a T-Mobile Number , Can Anyone help me on this problem please or tell me how can I unlock it , Thanks in advance .
I received the Android 13 update back in mid to late October. It has messed up several things on the Samsung S22+ phone. For one, I no longer have the ability to set my phone to auto reboot each day. The settings no longer has the selection to set that parameter. Also, my screen used to light up when I got a new message, that no longer works and no means to fix. Is there going to be updates to correct these issues? I am NOT happy I had that piece of garbage pushed to my phone when it clearly isn’t ready and still has bugs.
Samsung S21 Ultra 5GPhone recently updated. Issue started when display was dark mode, but now applies to either display mode. When phone turns off via the power button, not full shut down mode, after a one or two seconds the display screen has a faint green glow. It is like it is starting up, but doesn’t. This is a recent issue, I don’t know if it has to do with the version update. Other than the last 48 hours, have never had this issue. I have turned it upside down and in dark, still happens, so not sure what else to try. Thanks
This last week my Fitbit stopped syncing to my Fold 4. I thought the Fitbit Charge 4 just died, so I ordered a new Fitbit Charge 5, but I can’t get that to sync either. I was online with Fitbit for almost an hour, with no solution. It seems this is caused by Android 13. I see a fix is in the works for Android 13 for the Fold 4, but I don’t know if it will resolve the issue or when that fix will be released. Is there a place that I can get more detailed answers? I’ve already checked here: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/phones-tablets-devices/software-updates, but it doesn’t answer my questions, it just says my device is in development. Not whether it will fix the issue or when it will come out.
My 5G M2000 hotspot was working fine for a few months. But now, I typically find it shut down; completely turned off. I can turn it on, but it turns itself off in a few minutes for no obvious reason. The behavior is the same if a battery is inserted (which is charged to 100%), or if it’s just using USB power.Has anyone else seen this? Thanks,Dave

Hello, T-Mobile has my LG K8 model phone listed as an older LG K7 model with an older os. I am getting a lot of apps being “non-compatible” with the phone. The K7 has an os of 5.1 while my phone (K8) has an os of 7.1.2. Could the wrong model on the website be the cause of this ?
I got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max back in October of last year. With that upgrade, I also got 5g. For some reason, my 4g data in my iPhone 11 worked absolutely great while this does not want to work at all. Things like messages, safari, and the phone app are great, but I can’t open my social media apps or my email apps.
I have just moved over from Verizon. I have a iPhone 14 Pro. All data has been transferred and same Ph# ported over. I cannot send texts successfully to Android devices. Individual or group texts that contain an Android give me the following error msg: Unable to send - Message Blocking is active. I can call/accept phone calls from the very same Android users but no texts can be exchanged.
I purchased 5 SyncUp Kids watches for Christmas this year. Kids love them, but yesterday I had a second watch get stuck not getting past the loading screen. I'm not sure what led up to it, but the symptoms seem to appear out of nowhere. The watch doesn't respond to anything. The only thing you can do is hold the button for 20secs or so and it will buzz and hard-reset, then get to the loading screen and sequence the three pink dots on the bottom indefinitely. When the first watch did this I called 611. They seemed very unfamiliar with this product, and appear to have limited ability to troubleshoot anything. Apparently the only way to factory reset these watches is through the settings menu in the interface and in this case it can't get there. They had me go into a store and do a defect exchange (At first they wanted to charge me $5 to file manufacturer warranty and give me a refurbished watch, I refused and insisted on another option. Who charges $5 for a manufacturing defect?) Yesterda
In trying to update my A32 5G the newest Android update the new one, A326USQU7AVB1 it will not update. After downloading the update it restarts and the android icon goes to 25% and says error and just boots to the current configuration. Is this anything I can fix? We have another A32 that updated perfectly.
After FINALLY recieving the update to Android 11 months after most other oneplus devices the Android 11 update is still full of MAJOR bugs. After updating, trying several restarts and even wiping the cache the fingerprint sensor is now broken. I can add/remove fingers just fine in the settings but try to actually use the fingerprint sensor to unlock the device or sign into a app my fingerprint is “unrecognised”. PLEASE T-mobile/OnePlus fix this ASAP!
