I Have been having peoblems using my Direct Carrier Billing, and I would like to know as to why this is happening. It worked perfectly fine before. I would also appreciate it if you tell me how to fix iit.I have the netflix on us thing by tmobile and an expert said that i could not use these two features together. But before this it all worked perfectly fine. I was able to use each of these features without any problem pls help me. I really apreciate it.
The company T-mobile has removed the page for tracking Android 12 Development for the OnePlus 7T Pro I made my purchase decision with the promise that T-mobile would be able to handle updating the phone to the software that the manufacturer has already finished working on. A year later, and they've taken down the page for the OnePlus 7T Pro, seemingly throwing in the towel on this project and those customers. Remember, never buy a product based on future promise, because even if T-mobile promises on a website that this phone will get Android 12, they'll just 404 that page when satisfying their customers is inconvenient compared to making money.
Received two new S22+ phones, one updated immediately to the July security patch and then the August security patch. The second phone is stuck on the March security patch. T-Mobile support couldn’t do anything and told me to call Samsung support. Samsung support wasn’t able to figure out the issue after doing a factory reset - the final answer was ‘send the phone in for repair’.Anyone else having this issue?
Greetings, My wife has a REVVL 5G (T790W) with android 10.Software shows 6B6TUMT0 version. (may 2020) I have tried to use the software update in settings but it keeps showing that phone is up to date?Do I need an active T-mobile sim for phone to update? or manual update via odin etcThanks
Your website claims that the latest update for this phone qas in 2019, and lists android 9 as the latest version. I am currently using android 10 on this device so that information is really old. the problem with this info being old is that your mods simply refer to this old update to answer update questions. All the other carriers released android 11 for the a20 last year. India t-mobile released android 11 for this phone in august of last year. we were promised 2 updates for this device, and it began with android 9. the last upsate i got was april 14th of this year, and it was a security patch A205USQSBBVC1 march security patch. I would like an explanation, and not simply a link to this outdated update page. Thank you for your time

I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle’s radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle’s speakers and then the phone’s speakers - over and over. I’ve tried everything and can’t figure out what’s going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle’s radio. The only variable change has been the phone’s operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile. So frustrating!

I am attempting to connect my inseego MiFi m2000 to a Denon Prime 4 DJ Controller for the purposes of streaming. I know the connection is active, since my desktop computer is currently connected to the inseego. When I try to connect to the Prime 4, I receive a message that says that the password is not connected. I have changed the main setting to both 2.4 and 5 ghz, with no luck. I also manually switched to 4g, still no luck
Working through multi vendor solution to enable MyQ app to successfully connect to Tmobile home internet. After long trouble shooting with Tmobile and Chamberlain, determined port 8883 is closed and the myq server connection requires an open 8883 port. Neither vendor is being responsive with a solution.
Ok so while gaming in landscape mode on the oneplus9 5g Le2177 always if I accidently touch the edge where the fingerprint scanner is that whole edge an the opposite side buy camera always quits responding if touched to close to said spots why an how can I fix it or is it something that will never be fixed and or is it the screen protector maybe?and so far it's like that in any game I play but nothing else causes this problem only when playing games in landscape mode
Hi folks. I got the SyncUP watch for my kiddo yesterday, and I can’t get the school mode schedule to work. I set up a schedule, but it is not following the schedule. It’s randomly turning itself off and on, almost like the time is wrong. Is it a time zone issue? Has anyone run into this? The watch updated last night, so that shouldn’t be the problem.
Hi! This AM I received two weird test messages from the TMobile app. The first read “test” for the subject then “test’ for the message. On an old device, I saw a second test message come in as well - same subject and text but also had a little blue folder with black up arrow inside it. Is this happening to anyone else?
I bought a new Tmobile branded 5g hotspot and it quit working after a month. I called and got a ticket but there is no resolution to when they will send a replacement. all I get is “it is in process” and it has now been a full week. I’ve been calling every day and still no resolution to getting a replacement. apparently, the device came out in june, and they already discontinued it so they have no replacement. they just want me to purchase an upgraded inseego. this is not acceptable!!!!please community, please tell me how to get through to tmobile to escalate this!Lisl
I started to not get all of my texts from certain contacts, so I called customer service at T-Mobile and they said that customers had been experiencing this and that I needed a new SIM card. I have the new SIM card, so what's going to happen when I put the new SIM card into my same phone? Will everything transfer over, how do I do this?
