Hi there. I need some help unlocking my T mobile revvvlry+ (indeed is a moto G7 plus rebranded by T-Mobile) I brought it in eBay to a retailer store and the phone came without a sim card. I need to unlock network for use it with another preferred carrier. I can't go ahead in the t mo app because I don't have a number. Thanks In Advance

Contact the ebay seller. Tmobile can only unlock phones for Tmobile customers.
